Call for Papers:

The conference encourages submission of manuscripts in English in all areas of accounting and corporate governance, without limitations on research methods.  Manuscripts that develop new ideas or theories, attempt to advance our understanding of real-world phenomena, and/or address pressing managerial and policy issues will be encouraged.

This year, the committee is also pleased to accept paper submissions in Chinese for an all-Chinese session at the conference. Please include an abstract in English for administrative purposes. Please see the attached Call for Papers in Chinese.

The research does not have to be Asia-centric; it can be global in focus and application. However, we do encourage research that focuses on the unique institutional setting of Asian economies and addresses important issues in accounting and governance of the region. We plan to devote two sessions on Asian topics.
